Embroiled Daytime Host Declared Mother in Surrogate Dispute

After months of tabloid headlining and heated exchanges of he-said, she-said, “The View” co-host Sherri Shepherd has been declared the mother of a surrogate child she agreed to have over a year ago. 11 Injured in Construction Site Accident Explosion

Construction Injury LawyerAn investigation is underway into what caused a massive fireball to erupt at a gun range in Fresno last week. Of the 11 individuals who were injured at the scene, 3 remain in critical condition while one other is listed as serious at the burn and trauma center in Fresno during this construction site accident.

As reported by KCRA 3, the explosion occurred around 2:30 pm at the Fresno County Sheriff’s gun range, just off of Highway 99. The Sheriff’s Office confirmed that a work crew comprised of county jail inmates and other construction workers were using heavy equipment in and around the range at the time. It is believed that a pipe carrying natural gas was ruptured and caused the explosion. Nearby residents claimed it sounded like a bomb going off. “It was shooting up to 200 feet or more, and a fireball maybe 10 to 15 feet in diameter. It was like out of a movie,” one witness reported. In fact, there wasn’t a neighborhood in the city that didn’t recognize or respect deputy police chief Keith Foster in one-way or another. Which makes his most recent indictment on federal drug trafficking charges all the more shocking and disheartening. Amidst all of this, his wife was currently filing for an irreconcilable divorce lawsuit.  If Foster could keep up the appearance as a straight-shooting officer of the law for so long, while slinging narcotics on the side, what else could be hiding beneath the surface?
